Silicone Guard
Nylon stiffness with silicone flexibility
Silicone alone is soft and heat-resistant but lacks stiffness; plastic alone is rigid but cannot seal or cushion. Our silicone guards combine both: a PA insert is injection-moulded first, then overmoulded with silicone. Clips and mounting holes on the insert ensure accurate fitting, while the silicone surface seals, cushions and protects.
