Qinghe County, in south-eastern Hebei Province, has been named a “China Automobile (Motorcycle) Parts Manufacturing Base” by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Over decades it has developed an auto-parts cluster spanning rubber products, seals, control cables and filters, and is listed among Hebei’s characteristic county-level industrial clusters.
